Scholarly Misconduct

The campus has revised its misconduct policy in order to comply with requirements of the NIH Office of Research Integrity (ORI). The revision of April 1997 is the result of extensive consultation with ORI and has been submitted for that office's final approval. This version replaces any previous versions and will be distributed to the campus as soon as final approval is obtained. This policy and procedure is applicable to any allegations of scholarly misconduct reported after April 6, 1997.
