Monthly Award Summary (MAS) and Monthly Project Summary (MPS) Reports

Click here for a guide to understanding your MAS Report.

PIs and Administrators may access the MAS and MPS in one of the following ways:

1. Lotus Notes Client

When you are authorized to access MAS and/or MPS reports you are sent an e-mail with two small, book-shaped icons.

Book Icons

Clicking on the small icons adds the required database icons (permanently) to your Lotus Notes Workspace.

Clicking on one of the icons will produce a list of the reports that the user is authorized to view for the calendar year specified in the icon name. The left-hand panel in the resulting display provides the opportunity to see all available reports (either MPS or MAS) or only reports for a given month.

It is not possible to resize the report within the database. The reports have been preformatted so as to be printable on standard 8.5 X 11 inch paper in landscape mode. It is recommended that you copy and paste the report in Microsoft Word or any other word processing program to resize or custom print the report.

2. Using a Web Browser

The MAS/MPS databases can be accessed using a Web browser. You will be asked to login to the selected database using your Lotus Notes user ID and password. The URLs for the databases are:
