The Office of Research Compliance (ORC) is responsible for providing administrative support for the federally mandated committees that review research involving human subjects, laboratory animals, recombinant DNA, and select agents. ORC also coordinates investigations of regulatory non-compliance pertaining to the above research activities, and of allegations of scholarly misconduct. ORC is the repository for Investigator Financial Disclosure forms, and assists in conflict of interest assessments where applicable.
